Some of you aren’t burned out. You’re just bored out of your mind. Play bigger.
Doing it all doesn’t mean doing it alone. I don’t manage every task. I build systems so I don’t have to.
Running a business is hard. But have you tried running a household with 3 kids under 6? One has tantrums. The other has Slack.
You might not need a new plan. You might just need a reset. Ask yourself: Am I just burnt out? Am I avoiding the boring stuff? Am I quitting because it’s hard - or because it’s wrong? Pivot with purpose, not panic.
“I’m not a delegator” is code for “I don’t trust anyone.” Build systems. Then let go.
