They say you gain the most weight in your first year as a consultant. Nearly 4 months in and I can see why 🫣 Stress weight, less movement compared to the reg days, minimal time for exercise - probably a combination? Help!

@DrKidneyAsh 10 push ups and 10 squats between each patient. Done.
@DrKidneyAsh Keep cycling to work. Throw in a few extra Km on the way in or out. Don't bring your wallet so you can't buy snacks.
@DrKidneyAsh It’s the same in GP. Guess which days last week I was working! I’m thinking about running or cycling to work (and back). Minor issue for visits though 🥵 😂
