I have to renew my Global Entry / TSA. They require an in-person interview, and the soonest appointment I could find was in 6 months. I found an app ($29): appointmentscanner.com They scan openings and text me as soon as there's an opening. Found one within 1 week!

There are amazing opportunities in Crypto / DeFi now. It's an inefficient market for the next few years. Most people should develop a skill / form of income first so they have a safety net for bear markets.

Read less, Do more. Reading is valuable. But most of the time, we read because we want to feel like we're making progress without going through the pain of action. There will never be a point where you feel like you're ready. Do. Learn. Slowly build confidence. Repeat.

My theme for 2022 is elimination. Removing weight from my life so that I can focus more. I came up with it from watching action movies. Imagine the plane's flying, but there's not enough gas. They have to throw out all the dead weight in order to make their destination.

KPI's are lagging indicators. Critical drivers are the behaviors needed to affect the number. Your KPI might be your body fat %. Critical drivers are how many workouts a week, and how many calories are consumed daily. Get the drivers right, and the results will come.

If something's working, then double down on it. The dumbest thing is when we're starting getting results, and we start chasing bright shiny objects. We end up way worse than if we just stuck to the path.
