The one glaring takeaway from this Pittsburgh Steelers' season -- no matter how much the organization values continuity and no matter how much Ben Roethlisberger loves Randy Fichtner, he simply cannot be retained. Fichtner has to be let go no matter how much Ben wants him.

@steeIernation @ThePoniExpress @SteelBlitzburgh @nateburleson The packers draft Love and get railed for it. The eagles draft hurts and a lot of people ask why. The Steelers don’t draft or sign a qb (bc they feel comfortable with their backup) and get drug through the mud. It doesn’t really matter what you do, you’re wrong to most people lol
