Busy week, but here are the cases: Liver bx: 11 Kidney bx: 3 Thyroid bx: 6 Lymph node bx: 3 Mass bx: 2 Bone bx: 3 Lung bx: 2 Abscess drains/aspirations: 9 Total cases to date: 388 Now on call for the rest of the week ✌️

Literally 100000+ physicians looking to financial independence to get out of the toxic system. Older docs built the system and then sold it. New docs are gonna have to rebuild it for themselves and patients. Right now it’s heavily skewed to health system and insurers.

Recently took my child to a walk-in clinic and got a chest xray. The out of pocket cash price after "discounts" was $200 before running through insurance. The wRVU (the part we as doctors would get) is roughly $7.20. Make it make sense.
