Our Vermont office had a bluebird day playing golf in support of our client University of Vermont Health Network last week! Michael Anzalone, Regan Henry, Lena Gordon, and Bill Wolpert were thrilled to represent the brand and network with our key client contacts for a fun day.

We recently celebrated the Baptist Heath Seven Pines MOB Topping Out Party! The 52,000 SF project took advantage of the reduced cost and construction time with its use of precast structural panels—each constructed at the Gate Precast Plant and hung into place at the job site.

The @MountSinaiNYC–Harlem Health Center is a calming palette of blue and natural wood finishes mixed with floor-to-ceiling glass and sweeping skyline views. The 12-story medical office building houses outpatient behavioral and primary care, dental services, and specialty clinics.

Transformed from a four-story timber-framed garage into a 12-story medical facility, @MountSinaiNYC Sinai–Harlem Health Center required reframing the existing structure with steel, integrating five floors into the original façade, and constructing a new seven-story addition.

Six stories tall and 60,000 square feet in size, BeWell@Morris Heights Health Center is rooted in the concept of holistic health, aiming to improve not only the physical but also the mental, emotional, social, and financial circumstances of its community. bit.ly/4kSvxRw
