3/3 These rates only apply to homes on default standard tariffs (about 85% of homes). Fixes that cost more than the new price guarantee will also likely see their rates reduced. But we are still waiting for clarification on how and what happens to those on cheaper fixes.

2/3 This is just an average, rates are set by region. They will also likely be a few % higher for those who pay by direct debit or on receipt of bills We're trying to get the details & when we do I'll tweet & we'll put them in our calc which u can use to see your actual change

There has been some speculation on the internet today, regarding EE reintroducing EU roaming charges from Jan 2022. It is alleged on the internet that it will be £2 per day roaming charge for using your UK allowance in EU. This will apply from Jan to new & upgrading customers.

COVID-19 UPDATE. Further to this evening’s announcement by the Prime Minister we have had to make the decision to close our office doors with immediate effect. This is. It a decision that we have taken lightly. We are, and will remain contactable via the office number.

We are aware that a small number of EE customers are unable to make some calls. They have advised that they are trying to fix this quickly. Please keep retrying, and we apologise for any inconvenience. WiFi calling, as well as text and data services, are not affected.

O2 technical teams are still investigating the call and text issues that are affecting some customers’ ability to make and/or receive calls and texts. O2 has confirmed that data use is not impacted by the technical issues they are investigating. #o2outage #o2problem

One of O2's third-party suppliers has identified a global software issue in their system that has impacted the O2 network. We believe other mobile operators around the world are also affected. O2's technical teams are working with the supplier's teams to restore services.

We have completed remaining changes to the Horizon network and we have seen normal service and traffic levels resume as of 17:48.

We are receiving reports from customers that handsets are registering and inbound and outbound calls are being made successfully. The recovery is still underway, however and a further update will be provided in 30 minutes.
