#HelpfromECCNet I had dinner tickets for the TV Tower in Berlin. Because of #Corona they had to cancel and offered a voucher or a refund. I chose the refund but still received a voucher. Thanks to ECC Denmark I could return it and get a refund instead Brian Lund from Denmark🇩🇰

#HelpfromECCNet I had to cancel my train trip to Spain due to the pandemic. The French train company only wanted to refund a part of the ticket price. @EVZ_Deutschland helped me get the full amount back! This wasn’t the first time they helped me Martin Faulhaber from Germany 🇩🇪
