EDI provided architectural design for a new attainable multifamily prototype for rentals. Two unique unit floorplans were developed with a focus on value engineering to keep costs low for builders and residents alike.

Sometimes a building is purely functional but sometimes, like this rendering of a 25-story hotel, a well-designed building can be a practical work of art.
This Houston, TX multi-family residential property offers 1-, 2-, and 3-bedroom units. The structure is designed to stand further back on the property to observe a covenant that requires a 50’ setback from the front of the property line.
EDI provided a feasibility study for commercial office to multi-family housing. The planned conversion incorporates a podium over the parking, allowing for an outdoor amenity space on level 2 nestled between two new residential wings – creating a C-shaped courtyard.
