Cirugía robótica para prótesis de cadera. Permite un fresado progresivo de fondo acetabular y muy preciso! La medición de versión y abducción de la copa son medidas mediante un TC preoperatorio y radiografías de la columna tanto en supino como sedestacion. Continúa..

El proceso de los cortes/fresado óseo es mediante el brazo robótico. Como cirujano debes colocar el brazo en el lugar e ir resecando todo lo marcado en verde. El robot no te permite cortar más de lo que has marcado. Aunque atención con tendones y partes blandas!
El cirujano es responsable de determinar las coordenadas al robot. Decides grado de varo y valgo, cantidad de resección, usando balance funcional (no mecánico). El robot necesita saber “dónde está la rodilla”. Por ello se ponen 2 pines en fémur y 2 tibia. Intra o extra incisión
El robot te va marcando y la sierra está “fija” por tanto te permite ser MUY preciso con el corte a realizar, evitando que puedas “angular” la fresa y por tanto cambiar algunos mm de lo marcado
En conclusión te permite una colocación MUY precisa de los componentes protésicos. La clave es la de siempre. Planificar cada caso con alineación funcional. La ciencia a día de hoy es poco concluyente pero en unos años seguramente habrá evidencia que apoye su utilización
