@JioCare @JioCare The customer care agents doesn't even know about the team who is providing the engineers to install the STB, is this the awareness Jio employees have? Your team needs training to respect customer's time.

@JioCare Today it's 16th March and guess what! Today also engineer did not come to the premises for installation, neither engineer contacted me.

@JioCare The most pathetic experience I have ever encountered. I am an existing jioFiber customer, I asked for a STB installation on 6th March, till now it got rescheduled 4 times and I have not received the STB. Did not expect this from such a big company. #0CustomerSatisfaction
