It's funny how people think we're missing out because of how we eat.. They're the ones missing out #fitforlife
HIIT should be a staple of your workout if you're trying to burn fat
Healthy fats are necessary to repair tissue, but combined with lots of carbs, they will become your enemy
Whole grains and unprocessed foods should be the foundation of any diet
Muscle sucks up calories. The more you can put on, the more you can and should eat
Fasted cardio will burn lots of fat if you can muster up the energy to do it
Water water water. You'll have much more energy and your body will function better
Proper form should always be used over heavy weight.
BCAAs and Glutamine are great for recovery. Take after working out and before bed
Eat a protein and fiber packed breakfast to get the most out of the meal. Sugery cereal will only lead to a crash later on
Weight lifting won't bulk you up ladies. Most men even have trouble doing that and they have much more testosterone

If you can't resist that craving for sweets, eat them right after working out. It'll actually refuel your body
They speed up your metabolism and the fat burning continues well after leaving the gym
Weight lifting or HIIT trumps long cardio for fat loss
