social media for small businesses is HUGELY beneficial but if you’re expecting campaigns like McDonald’s, Duolingo or multi-million dollar companies that have entire TEAMS - you’ll be so disappointed.

👋🏻 If a freelance job post: • Says "40 hours per week" • Dictates a specific work location • Spells out a specific schedule ...they're not actually looking for a freelancer. They're looking for an employee they don't have to offer benefits to.
