The Empiric project enters its final phase. Now, it is time to formulate policy recommendations that will address the policymakers to suggest new policies or ameliorate already existing ones in the field of NGOs/CSOs working with migrants and refugees.

Yesterday, on 26 January, the participants took part in the last activities of the training, covering subjects such as the difference between lobbying and advocacy and the possibilities that the #EuropeanUnion offers to Youth Workers. #erasmus

Today, the partner organizations took part in interactive activities that developed their skills in research design and their capacity to influence policymakers' decisions in order to protect the needs of their target groups. #erasmus

Today, 23rd January, the second and last training activity of EMPIRIC started in Istanbul, Türkiye. Through simulation games and case studies, the participating Youth Workers deepened their skills in empathetic communication, conflict resolution and interaction with policymakers.

Next week, on 23, 24, and 25 January, the partner organizations will meet in Istanbul for the final training activity of EMPIRIC. The training will cover topics such as communication skills for Youth Workers; research design; advocacy, lobbying and negotiation skills. #erasmus
