When did @AlaskaAir start charging $35 each way for bags, especially when you upgraded to Premium seating? $70 round trip is extreme in my opinion.

Wow, @AlaskaAir is horrible. Tried to upgrade to Premium Class (not for free) and the website failed. Waiting on hold for an hour to no help... same premium upgrade that was offered out, now was 2.5x the price. Ridiculous... its why I left Alaska 5 years ago. Nothing has changed

Much has changed with @SouthwestAir over the years. Been flying SWA since 1993. The rudeness, nickel and dime charges and their flight costs are contrary to their beginnings. Time to change as the things that used to differentiate SWA are gone, along with their personality.

Insanity between @Microsoft unauthorized charges and @AmericanExpress vicious circle. Saw unauthorized Microsoft charge, sent to a number and website super unhelpful. Amex states any charges from Microsoft are not disputable??? I think it is time I remove both.

You gotta love @seescandies work ethic on one of their busiest holidays of the year. I called their customer support at 4 o’clock because a large order of candy was not delivered and UPS says it was. I guess 4 PM is the new end of day.

You buy an $8,000 freezer from @DacorKitchen, now @SamsungUS and they don’t even bother to send you a service bulletin on a faulty designed part that was clearly their fault. Now it costs me $500 to get it fixed. Nice customer experience. #epicfail.

Wow. Ok. Purchased a dishwasher from @BoschGlobal (actually 2 of them). Pump goes out within 2 years. No warrantee. I guess that is the last Bosch appliance I buy.

What qualifies for emergency back surgery/referral to an ortho/neurosurgeon at @aboutKP. I can’t walk without extreme pain: legs & lower half numb . My primary care physician refuses. ER doc I went to won’t. Kaiser does not want to get me in front of a doctor who can solve this.
