@Excellion I agree. From my experience in tense situations like this, a cooling off period and a sign of good faith can make a huge difference. I floated the idea of a delay in release date for v30 as a way to create that opening for further education and healthy discussion.

@Excellion I see a fork in the future, not sure when. I think it will not be the same as the previous forks. It could get messy. I am not sure either side has the full solution. I also wonder it will look like w/ the current state of l2 solutions. Both forks might have large support.
