@ExnerPirot Everyone missed the importance of processing off-shore, not just Canada. Energi Media has been arguing for several years that Alberta has a great opportunity if it includes both mining and processing in its critical minerals strategy. Not much progress as far as I can see.
@ExnerPirot US just got around theirs in the Cold War by having the CIA set up shell corporations to purchase from the Soviets 😆
