I was hired for my voice.

Not for breaking rules.
But for living the values they told me to believe in.
That's not leadership.

• Experience
• Affiliations
• Imitations
• Big words
Be impressed by:
• Kindness
• Trustworthiness
• Unselfish generosity
• Humility
• Great manners
• Self-awareness and courage
• Integrity and benevolence
The world is driven by human emotion:
- Ambition, hatred, jealousy, longing, lust, inferiority, superiority, fear, comfort, etc..
Once you understand it, you'll see it everywhere.
Understanding the drivers of humans will help you do your job better, no matter what that job is.
A mark of wisdom is being quick to change your opinions but slow to change your principles.
It takes openness to update your views. It takes integrity to uphold your values.
A key to growth is raising your understanding without lowering your standards.
