Personally speaking given they’d signed Ekitike you do wonder if they’d have been better bringing in a top-class left-winger. Like a Barcola/Rodrygo. Food for thought? Although players like Isak and Haaland only come on the market once really.

If we want to win this league we have to be agressive in the remaining stages of the window. A multi-faceted winger — I’d love Semenyo. Lose Gundo and Kovacic — an bring in someone with robustness and physicality about them — Baleba. Bring me another CB to play with JG/AK.

There’s a gap at the club for a non-specialist attacker with bigger impact across the entire pitch who can be entirely self-sufficient in creating threat without perfect conditions. Antoine Semenyo is that and should be signed in the future.

Palmer and Guiu to Gyokeres and Dango. Went a week early on the Gyokeres move due to the Palmer injury. Pretty happy with the the squad. Hoping for more from Mateta & Evanilson today.
