I have struggled to loose weight. Over the past 2 years I have managed to lose 5 stone but plateau has set in. Now I’m ready to do the fast 800 to kick on to 😁 Scotland, United Kingdom Joined June 2019

Really struggling to get back on board...supposing healing requires energy 🤷🏻‍♀️ anyway, I keep trying...today’s lunch 232cals today is still in my own hands...I can do this!!!

After an unscheduled surgery, I am back on the horse again today. Will consider myself back at day one week 1....tonight’s meal beef medallions green beans and a tomato, with ketchup 468cals

I find the #800fast very easy on weekdays...it takes much more willpower when I need to provide the kids with lunch and snacks during the day. I have three weeks till summer holiday hoping that I learn to master it and get my first month under my belt
