Just because you have an edge today does not mean you will have it tomorrow. A trader must either adapt to the market to maintain their relevance or stand aside if not working until market conditions return to what works for them.

FOMO isn't a viable strategy for traders. FOMO can ruin you. Soften into it. Have a plan and let the market come to you.

Greed and fear drive many bad trading decisions. Greed gets many into bad trades (buying tops and shorting bottoms) then fear of losing keeps them in (hoping for a reversal) until fear of losing any more gets them out at the worst time (selling bottoms and covering tops).
