یعنی اگر یک کودک مهاجر نان بخواهد، نانوا به وظیفه‌ی انسانی، دینی و شغلی خودش عمل کند جریمه می‌شود. می‌خواهید مهاجران را کنترل کنید، درست سیاست‌گذاری کنید. این قانون خلاف ابتدایی‌ترین قواعد فقه شیعه است که ادعای‌اش را دارید. شبیه به سیاست قایق نجات اروپایی. غیر‌انسانی و شرم‌آور!

در رابطه با حقوق شهروندی مهاجران در ایران همین بس که حتی حق در زدن هم ندارند و چنانچه تخطی کنند، بدون محکمه و قاضی و بروکراسی‌های معمول، هر پلیس عقده‌ای می‌تواند اقدام به مجازات آن‌ها کند و یک ساعت تمام او را زیر مشت و لگد بگیرد و شکنجه کند بدون آنکه به جایی پاسخگو باشد.
