@FightWithMemes I worked at DQ as a teen. I never, or at least seldom, minded customers coming in at the last minute. I got paid by the hour, and thought of closing time as the last time to order, not the latest time to cook and serve.

@FightWithMemes One night I sent a 3 course meal order through to kitchen for a table of 12 5 minutes before closing time after we had been empty for 30 minutes. It was priceless seeing the chef's face demanding to know who the guests were and where they were. The restaurant was still empty.
