Friday was the first time I broke my rules in a long time. Noticed my mistakes and locked myself out before it got worse. Before I would have ended up with a blown account in a day like that. Trying to get better everyday!

Tough day for me. First big loss in a while. Broke my rules and gave into fomo. For some reason risk setting was not in place to liquidate and block. Lost $200 more than wanted but all good. Will play small and bounce back.
