I've spoken to at least 5 people @RBS during 12 calls to get you to do something about a fraud committed through your company. I went to citizens advice, they told me categorically that your policy's incorrect - you can not use it to avoid contacting RBS once i've reported it

I'm afraid that's exactly what you've done. Take money from us, close our account and refuse to do anything further despite me asking you to. RBS's policy is not to issue a DPA form until they hear from you that a fraud has been committed. You see the problem???
