Fantastic review in Fanfare mag of Schubert recording on gut strings. Read full review on FSQ's Facebook page. 'striking and original music-making.... the interpretations are so musical that I’d have to reach back to the Busch, Budapest, and Alban Berg Quartets for comparison.'

50 years since the birth of our quartet. A wonderful party at Fitzwilliam College Cambridge last month - and here’s Alan, still playing the viola, chipper and fresh as a daisy all these years later! Thanks to our dear friends for sharing it with us - the first of several parties!
