Today we have had our new magazine racks fitted at RLI in 5 departments. Each rack will be filled every month with new, glossy magazines of all variations to suit every patient! We hope you all enjoy reading them😀 Kendal and Barrow coming next month! #ImprovingPatientExperience

Today is the Anniversary of #hellomynameis day! This campaign was started to improve Patient Experience not just in the UK but Worldwide. The aim was to promote and remind healthcare professionals, the importance of introductions when delivering care.
