#FlutterEngage is coming March 3rd and we have some tips to help you get ready for our virtual event. See our tips in this thread ↓
🗣 Tip #1: Register, tell your friends, and log into the stream at the same time! If this was a regular in-person event, you may have to spend a lot of time and money to get there. An online event is a lot more accessible for everyone!
🚘 ✈️Tip #2: No traveling, no problem. You can stream the show from anywhere - think outside the box! Try to find a place to stream away from your usual workstation. This could be as simple as a couch, park bench, or from inside a pillow fort.
👕 Tip #3: Pretend you’re attending in person. Tell everyone you're "at an event", block your calendar, & decline meetings. It's what you'd do if the event wasn't online and will help you get the most out of attending.
Do you have any tips you would like to share for attending a virtual conference❓

@FlutterDev Try to change up the distance of the screen from your eyes. I heard it helps if you watch on screen, then shift your eyes to look at something further out (like outside the window) as you're listening.
@FlutterDev Picture-in-picture on YouTube so you can continue with your work! It’s the best.
@FlutterDev Use big screen (TV, projector) and good & loud sound - it helps you to be “drawn into the action”, similar to movie-like experience and helps to maintain attention & stay focused.
@FlutterDev Convince your employer that it falls under "Employee Development" and get paid to tune in 😁
