Back on August 10th I suggested that Putin offer access to the Chukchi peninsula ... and in his Vladivostok speech Putin publicly offered exactly that (probably after already getting an offer/acceptance in that Alaska meeting). In the end it is all and only about money.

If I were Putin I would offer a Saudi size oil field off the Chukchi peninsula in exchange for all of Ukraine east of the Dnieper River, and if I were Trump I'd take that offer.

If I were Trump, instead of his TACO tariff strategy, I would have increased all tariffs with all countries by 2 percent per month until they negotiated a new trade arrangement. No economic turmoil, everyone can plan, and ultimately you get what you want.

Israel's real goal is regime change in Iran, just like in Syria. They are probably planning that that will take 6 months and bring in the USA, but the truth is it will never happen. What will happen is things will hugely escalate with all the market consequeces, or not.

Confused by the markets being up this morning ? I said it would take 10 days for the markets to figure out what is going on. So far the markets believe that Israel, after planning this for 30 years, will end this is after a couple days. No, this is going to be months.

Now oil industry people are talking about oil going to $200.00 to $300.00 per barrel. Again, Mr. Trump and Mr. Netanyahu, why did you start something that will make Russia filthy rich and divert military equipment from Ukraine at the worst possible time ? Couldn't it wait ?
