Week 1 Fad diet: 12 Oatabix per day starting weight 16’1 diet, boring as hell and VERY difficult to stick to, as far as mood goes, constantly drained but still gyming it! Total weight loss 8lbs hard fad but the results were great! 👌

Let’s see what diets actually work as a quick fix to get a summer bod, week number one. The high carb low fat ONLY OAT diet, 7 days of just oats and skimmed milk let’s see what this does. Starting weight: 103 kilos.

Today’s the day! I’m going to lose as much weight as possible (healthy or unhealthy) as fast as I can, there’s just too much info online, so for the next 52 weeks I’ll be doing a ridiculous fad diet everyday to REALLY show what works, consider me a twitter science project! 👌
