You wanna have a know it all attitude when you check in? Well the you better know it all when you need help with the AC or your TV....
If and old couple comes in holding hands, they aren't going to give me a hard time. They might not know where they are or how they got here, but at least they are going to be rude.
Guests who ask if I need anything when they leave hold a special place in my heart. Like, I'm not actually going to pretend your going to get me the bag of pretzels I'm craving but thanks for asking!
