A claim for a 2014 Ram 1500 showed how condition adjustments can affect a total loss settlement and a GAP claim. The condition adjustment made by the primary insurer was $3,852. What would have been a GAP claim of $3,800 ended up being a GAP claim of $7,750. Frost GAP helps again
