@FunimationHelp Hi. I have never been able to login to your app on my iPad or iPhone. It keeps saying Sever Unavailable. Does the app work at all. Also I still cannot login into my account on your web dire. Even when I change my password it says login failed. I opened a ticket 2 weeks ago.

@FunimationHelp I got one of these emails but the order in question was damaged and i was told i was going to get a refund for it in april (i never got the refund) and all emails ive sent about this are being disregarded, please help?
@FunimationHelp I haven’t been able to log into the app to watch anything because of the errors that are ever consistent. I know the username and password are correct. 1/20 Tries it will work. I know I’m not alone in this regard and will be unsubbing the next time I am able to log in.
