I hate how I have one night where I get the optimism and confidence to fight against the feelings keeping me down and preventing me from doing what I want and the next morning I'm sick and can't do anything anyway. Now I'm back to being depressed with nothing done.

Is it bad that I really don't like venting in the vent channel when someone recently did the same? It just feels like I'm begging for attention at that point or I'm inadvertently undermining their vent with my own.
