Non existent service from @BritishGasHelp Original complaint started 3 months ago. Assured4 times they have sorted it. Still waiting for a complaint call back from last week! Oh and a complaints team that don't tell you the correct information and can't deal with complaints 🤔

#StormCorrie is on the way, and we're expecting to see winds of 60-80mph. Trampolines aren't quite as fun when they've blown onto the railway. They can do a fair bit of damage, and it can take time to safely move them out the way. Please, make sure they're secure or tied down.

Massive thank you to the fantastic pilot and first officer today on LS178 Alicante to Glasgow via Malaga. Amazing skills in thunderstorms around Malaga and kept us updated throughout. Thank you also to Nicole and the cabin crew who were fantastic also 🙌 @jet2tweets

We have always been impressed with @jet2tweets staff at home and abroad. For the first time since using the company (for over 10 years) our resort hotel rep is rude and unhelpful! Stands out a mile from his colleagues for the wrong reasons!
