It's been 70 days since I raised an issue with @amazonIN and 45 days since their social media team got involved. Every week I get the same copy-paste response with no real update. Are you actually resolving it or just hoping I’ll give up? #AmazonIndia #CustomerService

A whole month passed with some 4 fake claims to settle things out in 3-5 biz days by @amazonIN and still no response even though one of those was assigned to some specific high level team. The AC installation overcharge and wrong product used by technician assisted by amazon =💩
