I have occasional asthma and I agree, he is not getting enough air due to something wrong. He’s gasping a little. I will say that it is a terrible feeling when you can’t get enough air. That has been my #1 fear about getting Covid —- dying from suffocation.

It “don’t” - doesn’t look right because he is white, appears affluent, has obviously bought some real snazzy big breasts for his wife (like those of the trump women), works/worked) for the biggest con of all and should get by with throwing little baby (6’ 2”) tantrums.
