CSES Schools Competition at ARU, We entered our Otter Enrichment Project. The Mayor came and paid our project a visit! The students were brilliant and impressed the judges so much so that they are up for an award on 17th July at AR Uni. flic.kr/s/aHsmEYDJG1

2/3 The competition day ended up being on a Non-Pupil day! But 7 of the students still came into school in full winter uniform to represent the whole group at the competition. We Won!

Emilia, Isabella and Alisha achieved a bronze award for the concept design, this design is for the medical profession and would help many patients that live in their homes. @TeenTechGirls @TechGirlsUK

Cyber Security Workshop @ColchesterInstitute in February. The year 10 students learnt about DDoS attacks and carried out one! They also learnt about SQL injections. Thankyou #colchesterInstitute. #cybersecurity #GilberdCS

1/2 Congratulations to The Gilberd School Magistrates' Court Mock Trial teams who competed in the Essex heat of this national competition. Team B won first place. A tremendous victory against stiff competition from schools across the county.
