Saw a patient with Stroke Odysseys today. Patient absolutely loved it and put a huge smile on my face. Then took part in the staff choir practice in the stroke garden with the sun shining! Days like these remind me why I love my job! @TinaAshburner @RachelJH1103
18 running miles and YTD 242 towards #NHS1000miles. Much better week than last which was a shocker and best forgotten. I'd just like a little bit of sunshine. Difficult to keep motivated through the wind and rain but it does help having a goal and wanting to get a 10k PB!
