STAY AWAY FROM GOAL ZERO! I have service request open that went unanswered for over a month. After blasting their socials, I finally received a response on July 3rd, that they would be shipping me a new product.... 12 days later, no communication, nothing... 4 unanswered emails and about an hour wasted on the phone for "support" that never answered.
