@GpWorkloadStudy Doing this GP workload study made me realise the unsustainable hours I work in the surgery. I was spending a minimum of 2 hours daily returning patient calls about blood and xray results. I learnt to delegate this role and reduced my return calls by 50% #evidencebringschange

👇a thread on a superb piece of work by Brendan Crosbie et al on real-time tracking and quantifying of GP activity. Definitely a first and it addresses a massive information vacuum in @roinnslainte & @HSELive in relation to the 20million+ consultations annually in GP
