Imo some of the fear is justified but women probably tend to worry a bit more than they need to, whilst men worry way way less than is good for them. The statistics bear this out: men should be much more afraid (of other men)

Women do live in a bit of fear of men. For example, if a man follows them when out walking in the dark she will worry. I wonder how much of this 'fear' we have is instilled by feminists and the media. Especially as men are more likely to be attacked.
