Really unimpressed with how OctopusEnergy is dealing with my solar panel order @g__j. Huge delays in survey, then huge changes in what I can have, but nobody will explain why. I would have been installed weeks ago by a competitor. Maybe stick to selling electricity in future?
Hi @g__j , I'd really appreciate your help. I'm trying to buy some solar panels and a battery from Octopus - a deposit was paid back in Jan, next step is a physical survey, but 5 weeks on no sign of one. I would be really grateful for any help you can give to move things along.

Appalling service from @dpd_uk - firstly they turn up 30 mins earlier than their delivery window BUT SAY THEY DIDN'T, (CCTV footage shows the time), then when I call DPD the manager does not call me back BUT I AM TOLD THEY DID, and now I am told I CANNOT complain about it! Awful!
