गुजरात के मुख्यमंत्री विजय रुपाणी एक लोकल कंपनी ज्योति द्वारा स्वदेशी वेंटिलेटर को लांच किया इस कंपनी से 5000 के वेंटीलेटर खरीदे गए लेकिन वास्तविक ता यह वेंटीलेटर नहीं है और ICMR द्वारा मान्यता भी नहीं दी यह घोटाला है इसकी वजह से गुजरात मौतों की दर बढ़ी है
