@H2C_PCN Thankfully I have steady blood pressure in hospital in 2006 and a nurse remarked how my blood pressure was the most stable of anyone on the the ward

AFAIK my blood pressure is stable When I was on a ward in NMGH in 2006 the nurse coming round doing checks remarked how I had the most stable blood pressure of anyone else on the ward. I'm on beta blockers for my anxiety which help keep my blood pressure lower
