I missed working with sourdough. After half a year with my poor starter laying dormant, I have 2 loaves fermenting in the fridge! I love bread making but it can be a Pain in the ass.

I don’t have an autoimmune disease, but i am missing some lymph nodes, tonsils, my thyroid... in short my body can’t exactly function correctly lmao which means I do get sick a bit more than normal. So pls, wash your hands my guys.

That was NOT smart! I was late to speedwork and went straight from the car to the second half of a 5:12 mile. Then an 800 and more 400s I’ll feel that in a bit.😂
