5) I refused to take a bag from them for the following reasons: (A) The suitcase they broke holds sentimental value to me. (B) I was not sure if their bag would last my trip. (C) Why should I take efforts of unpacking & packing at the airport because of their fault!!

4) was of low quality. . I asked them to break the plastic with fingers if it is of such bad quality to which there was no answer. Had it not been thrown it wouldn’t have been broken. However, they registered my complain & offered me a spare used bag without any guarantee.

3) it wont come out now, which didn’t happen. It kept coming out every 2 minutes after I ‘fixed’ it & it kept hurting my thigh back entire trip while I walked pulling d suitcase with d handle. D upper part of the stroller stick is broken too & I was told dat d material they used

2) suitcase was broken and I had replaced that stroller stick just a day before I left paying ₹ 1500/-. Upon complaining to their concerned people I was told that the bottom where the sticks start is just to be put on & its not broken. The manager there fixed that & said
