When I get triggered by #OCD I find myself getting involved but then realise and stop entertaining the thoughts and use it as a challenge :)
One of the things helping me with #OCD is to not engage with the thought ... Treat it like any other non-scary thought ☺

Acceptance of the thoughts is really a key in overcoming #OCD even though it is hard! Mindfulness also helps!! Keep strong folks 😊
