@Headteacherchat ⬆️ this goes for all school roles (and many other professions!) from HT, SBM, admin, teachers, support staff and site team. All overworked, not enough paid hours in the day to do the job properly, dealing ever increasing demands whilst having to cut staffing and spending!
@Headteacherchat Get lost. It’s there job to support staff. If they’re struggling it’s because they’re not doing their jobs properly and looking after the staff who will make their job easier
