@RobloxSupport I’ve been trying to regain access for over a month now. I’ve spent a lot of money on this account since I was a kid, and I have years of progress in the games I play. Starting over isn’t an option. Please, if anyone can help me get @Roblox’s attention

contacted @ROBLOXSupport, but they told me they can’t verify my email on the account—even though I previously verified my age using my real-life ID. Despite this proof, they still refuse to help me. Every time I reach out to @ROBLOXSupport, they simply cut me off.

On January 13, 2025, my @Roblox account (jakem2k) was hacked. I tried to reset my password, but I was stopped by 2-step verification. I wanted to verify it through my email, but the only options available were the backup code and the authenticator app.
